Terms and Conditions — Draft for owner review
Owner and legal review required before launch. Contracting entity, registered details and contact: [OWNER TO SUPPLY]. Governing law, courts and dispute-resolution process: [OWNER TO SUPPLY]. Effective date: [OWNER TO SUPPLY].
Service scope
The package description shown before purchase defines the agreed services and deliverables. Assessments are independent reviews of the available evidence, not statutory financial audits, legal advice, tax advice or regulated investment advice.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate information, obtain permission to share seller evidence and grant authorized reviewer access. Do not submit unlawfully obtained information, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
Evidence and limitations
Findings rely on the evidence available and agreed scope. We distinguish reported claims from documentary corroboration and flag gaps. We do not guarantee detection of fraud or undisclosed issues, future performance, transfer approval or a transaction outcome. Valuations and projections are estimates based on stated assumptions.
Deliverables and timing
Essential Check is estimated at 2–3 business days, Complete Due Diligence at 4–7 and Acquisition Partner at 7–10, after required information and evidence are received. Timing is an estimate and complexity or missing evidence can affect it. Complete Due Diligence includes ongoing email-only support on the delivered report, with further review of seller-provided evidence or updates for the same listing within the agreed scope. Acquisition Partner includes this plus 14 calendar days of additional post-report email assistance for seller questions and transfer planning for the same acquisition. No phone or video calls are included. Unrelated listings, unlimited migration/development, legal work and ongoing operations are excluded.
Payment
Prices are shown in USD before checkout with no unexpected checkout fees. Work is treated as paid only after server-side PayPal verification. Bank/currency-conversion charges imposed by your provider are outside our control.
Cancellation and refunds
See the Refund and Cancellation Policy; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Liability and disputes
Any liability limitation must be confirmed by qualified counsel for the applicable jurisdiction and is subject to mandatory law. No blanket waiver of non-excludable rights is intended. Contact the owner first to seek resolution; the governing-law and dispute terms must be completed before launch.
